What is US New Sanction on China-Belarus Company?
The United States Department of State has enforced sanctions on three companies based in China and one from Belarus for providing missile-related items for Pakistan’s ballistic missile program.
China, a steadfast ally of Pakistan, has been the primary source of arms and defense equipment for Islamabad’s military modernization efforts.

The US has imposed sanctions on China’s Xi’an Longde Technology Development Company Limited, Tianjin Creative Source International Trade Co Ltd, and Granpect Company Limited. Additionally, the Department of State has sanctioned Belarus’ Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant for supplying specialized vehicle chassis to Pakistan’s long-range ballistic missile program.
Xi’an Longde Technology Development Company Limited supplied missile-related equipment, such as a filament winding machine, for Pakistan’s long-range ballistic missile program, which the US believes was intended for the National Development Complex (NDC).
Filament winding machines are capable of manufacturing rocket motor cases.
Tianjin Creative Source International Trade Co Ltd provided missile-related equipment for Pakistan’s long-range ballistic missile program, including stir welding equipment (which the US believes can be used to produce propellant tanks for space launch vehicles) and a linear accelerator system (which the US believes can be utilized for inspecting solid rocket motors).
It is likely that Tianjin Creative’s acquisitions were intended for Pakistan’s Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), responsible for developing and manufacturing Pakistan’s MTCR Category I ballistic missiles.
Granpect Company collaborated with SUPARCO in Pakistan to supply equipment for testing large-diameter rocket motors.
Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant delivered specialized vehicle chassis for Pakistan’s long-range ballistic missile program.
These chassis serve as launch support equipment for ballistic missiles developed by Pakistan’s National Development Complex (NDC), responsible for creating Missile Technology Control Regime Category I ballistic missiles, as per the US Department of State.
