Amid the uncertainty surrounding Nitish Kumar’s intentions, the Congress has expressed optimism and stated that party leader Mallikarjun Kharge is attempting to communicate with the Bihar chief minister. Additionally, sources have indicated that during a meeting of RJD leaders, Tejashwi Yadav hinted at potential unexpected developments in the state.

RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari has criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, suggesting that if he resigns and forms a new government with the BJP-led NDA, he would be considered a “sinner”.

Following a meeting with RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tiwari highlighted Nitish Kumar’s past commitment to making the country “RSS-free”, questioning how he could now align with the NDA. Tiwari also pointed out that Nitish Kumar has prominently displayed Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals in Bihar, which include “seven sins,” with the first being principle-less politics.

Tiwari further commented on Nitish Kumar’s previous statements about not promoting nepotism within the party, questioning who in his family would join politics, given that he does not have a wife and his son has expressed no interest in pursuing a political career. Tiwari suggested that Nitish Kumar’s true test would have been if his son had chosen to enter politics, and he had refrained from promoting him.
